Seeds

I will do my best to provide you with the most viable seeds possible. All of my seeds have been germination tested with the most recent results posted to the listing. However, some of the seeds sold on this website are difficult to germinate and harder still to grow. I cannot be held responsible for your germination conditions and do not offer returns/refunds on seeds that do not germinate for you.

However, should you have trouble, please contact me. I welcome any chance to figure out what went wrong and provide a solution.

Live Plants

Plants are guaranteed alive and healthy upon arrival. If they are not, please send me a picture and I will replace (if available) or refund the full order amount.

USA Domestic

I will refund the full amount of any order lost/damaged in transit for tracked shipping options (Ground Advantage, Priority Mail) only.

International

There are no refunds or returns on international orders. I do not provide phytosanitary certificates or similar import documentation. I do not replace/refund in the event of loss/destruction by your customs and borders protection. Please research your local import laws before ordering.
